1.Change your Food Habits: It is time to change your food habits. Knowledge on basic nutrition will help you in selecting right sort of food to eat. Make sure that your daily intake consists right proportion of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fruits and vegetables. Fiber helps a lot in reducing weight, you should have good amount of fiber in your meals everyday, Only eat when you are hungry, few of us got a habit of eating something even when we are not hungry, don’t do this, this will not help you for the cause.

Try to eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals; eating small meals will help you in maintaining balance in your calorie intake and keeps your blood sugar levels balanced. As best practices you better opt for fruits and vegetables, these are packed with fibers, vitamins and antioxidants, they are low in calories, hence keeps your calorie count low.

2. Identify your exercise routine: Find a right exercise that works for you, and try to get used to it. Make sure that you have stretching workouts in your exercise routine that frees your muscles and joints, hence prevents from most of the basic injuries and improves your breathing. Prefer standing workouts rather than floor workouts.

3. Set realistic goals: As a beginner everyone wants to shed number of pounds within a month, although it is possible, it may not be healthy. First of all, identify your ideal body weight, calculate the difference (between your current weight and ideal weight) and aim for a loss of not more than 8 pounds for month, by doing this you can increase metabolic rate and can prepare body to loose weight in long term. It is very important to monitor your weight regularly, so, that you can analyze your current status and can improve further.

4. Never compare with others: Every body is different from others, individuals’ loose weight depending on so many parameters like fat percentage in body, daily calorie intake, metabolic rate etc, so, yours can be very different from others. Even if you follow my exercises and diet plan, you many not lose weight at the same rate.

5.Tell your Family and Friends: tell your family and friends, that you are going to start a weight reduction program. So, that they will support and encourage you in achieving your goal. People have general tendency of discontinuing this type of programs with some other reasons, in this type of situations you family and friends will support you.

6.Drink More Water: Water is a natural hunger suppressant. Water increases metabolism by 3-5 % and boosts energy levels, helps reducing in blood pressure and eases joint pains. Lack of water can lead you to over eating, drink at least 10-12 glasses of water per day. Drink one glass of water when you woke up in the morning. Drink one glass of water before lunch, dinner and before bedtime.

When you start drinking enough water regularly, there are some other benefits! You may notice your skin significantly improve and even tired muscles will thank you. Many people find their energy is increased and constipation and headaches are reduced, as well as hunger pains.

7.Make up Your Mind: Prepare you mind to work hard. Remember that “no pain, no gain”. This is not going to be an easy task; it requires so much dedication and lot of effort from you. Some times you may not get desired results due to improper workouts and diet plans, try to rectify those and continue for better results, all you need is believe in yourself and tell yourself that you can achieve your goals.

8.Good Sleep is a Must: According to researches, sleep plays an important role in weight reduction. 7-8 hours sleep per day is a must. Try to avoid daytime sleep.

9.Meditation: We all know the advantages of meditation; it gives you positive energy and helps you to concentrate on your task
