I enrolled at our local gym and the first thing I told my instructor was that I want to get six pack abs with my time frame for two years. He gave me my program and there were a lot of lifting and just three abdominal exercises, I didn’t argue but followed nevertheless. Just after two months I could see my fats shrinking from my midsection and I couldn’t be happier with the fast results I’m seeing. Instructors really know their craft.
